What information is required to register for a defensive driving class?
- A governmental ID (example: driver's license, passport)
- A copy of your ticket, or your citation number if you are participating in an online course
- An approved method of payment. If online, a valid credit or debit card. If attending in person, some schools will require prepayment over the phone. While others will require you to bring a cashiers check or money order in the correct amount.
If you are unsure about anything, contact the school prior to attending. You must complete a course at least 7 days BEFORE your scheduled court date.
