How do I serve the other person?

The Arizona Revised Statutes and court rules explain how serve the other person of the case even if the other person is refusing or avoiding service, or if the other person is no longer at the last known address. The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) is a federal statute that explains the requirements for serving a person who is in the military.
