In the fall of 2024, the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) mailed letters to parents who once had an open dependency and/or severance case.
Did you receive a letter? Visit the DCS letter page for more information.
It says “relief requested” next to this blank on the form. What do I put there?
“Relief requested” is asking you to write in your own words what you are asking the judge to do. Court personnel cannot tell individuals what words to use. If you have questions about what you can ask for in a case, you may consult an attorney.
