What is a Small Estate?
In Arizona, a "Small Estate" may include personal property or real property. To be a small estate, the value on the date of death of all the personal property, minus liens and encumbrances, may not be more than $75,000; and the value of the real property, minus liens and encumbrances, may not be more than $100,000.
