I got a dismissal notice. What am I supposed to do now?
Dismissal notices may be sent when there has been no action taken on a case or if there has been no service on a case. The notice explains options available to you. You must choose the option that best fits the situation. If you are not sure what to do, you may want to consult an attorney.
