How is a Request for Review different from a Petition for Review?

A Request for Review is the document that is specific to cases of the Industrial Commission.  Request for Reviews are filed with the Administrative Law Judge Division for those that would like their case heard by the Court of Appeals.  A Petition for Review is filed with the Court of Appeals for those that would like their case heard by the Arizona Supreme Court.
