Superior Court Records

In the fall of 2024, the Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) mailed letters to parents who once had an open dependency and/or severance case.

Did you receive a letter? Visit the DCS letter page for more information.

The following buttons will direct you to pages where you will find case records and record requests based on jurisdiction.  If the location you are looking for is not listed, visit the public access to court information page provided by the Arizona Judicial Branch.  Please be aware that most jurisdictions require you to submit a request for records in writing and do not have court records available electronically.  Reference the following pages for potential fees involved and courthouse contact information.

If you have a pending court case and are looking for the courthouse calendar, please visit the Court Calendar page.

eAccess provides convenient 24/7 online access to case records and documents that are unrestricted and open to the public. eAccess is available to the public, attorneys, government users, the media, and litigants. Case documents are available for a fee.
