The court clerk window is open from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri, but closed from 11:30am-1:00pm on Wednesday. The clerk accepts cash, checks, debit/credit cards, cashier checks, and money orders. Please have a vaild ID on you at time of payment or filing.

The Yuma Municipal Courthouse has two courtrooms. Before entering the courtroom you must sign-in with the Clerk. Children are not allowed in the courtroom without the prior permission of the judge and as long as they are behaving. Phones, cameras, and recording devices are not allowed to be used in the courtroom without permission. Follow the posted dress code: No torn or revealing clothing, shirts with vulgar logos/mottos, shorts, tank tops, or hats.
