Court Clerk Window
There are four service windows, open from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. All filings are taken at windows 2 and 3. Payments are made at at window 4. Packets are free and copies are $.50 per page.

For those that are requesting a fee deferral, there is a window on the left-hand side of the waiting area. If you receive income from any government assistance programs, you have to provide documentation showing that you are enrolled and the amount you get from that agency.

If you need to have access to technology for presenting digital exhibits, let the Clerk know in advance. Initial appearances are done using the PolyCom system in the courtroom. There is wifi available for the public.

The probation office is located, up the hill from the courthouse. You can either walk from the courthouse or move your vehicle to the probation office parking lot. Folllow the green signs, directing you to the probation department.

Once an individual is sentenced, an probation plan is implemented and the individual is assigned to the correct department. Reporting does not take place at this location.
