For those that are unable to use stairs, there is a handicapped ramp and entrance off of 5th St. that you can take inside and then the elevator up to the necessary floor. Entry can also be gained through the Greenlee County Annex off of Leonard Ave.

The Superior Courthouse has the only two elevators in Greenlee County, these help to navigate the three-story building. Spanish speaking interpreter is available onsite; for all other languages provide at least 5 day notice. Sound amplifiers are utilized in the courtroom.

The public service counter is found upstairs. It is open from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri. Forms can be obtained from the office of the clerk free of charge. Copies of all other court documents are $.50/per page. Passports and marriage licenses are also available.

The historic courtroom is located upstairs in the courthouse. Be aware that food and drink are not allowed in the courtroom. Children are allowed, but will be asked to leave if being disruptive. Dress appropriately - no shorts or tank tops.

For those whom have received a jury summons in the mail, follow the instructions as written. On your assigned day, you will check in at the Office of the Clerk upon arrival; they will give you further directions.

CASA has an office located in the basement of the courthouse. The floor also has an area for children to play while their parents wait for appointments. They cannot be in this area unsupervised.
