FARE Program

The Fines/Fees and Restitution Enforcement Program (FARE) is designed to assist those with past due court payments. If you have received a written notice, contact the courthouse for more information or to establish a payment plan. Visit azcourtpay to make a payment on your FARE account.

Compliance Assistance Program

The Compliance Assistance Program (CAP) is a program offered by several courts in Arizona.  CAP is designed to help you resolve past due traffic fines that are owed to the Court that may be preventing the reinstatement of your Arizona driver’s license. CAP allows you to enter into a payment plan for all your civil traffic, civil and parking charges without having to see a judge. If you make a required down payment and agree to make affordable monthly payments, the Court will notify the Arizona Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) that you are in compliance with your civil traffic fines and fees due to the Court. You may then contact MVD to find out what you must do to reinstate your driving privileges.  Contact your court to see if you are eligible.
